What Happens When You Leave a Message?


Leaving a message with the receptionist:
Messages taken by the medical staff are answered at the end of the day by the physicians. Once the nurses and doctors review the  messages you should expect a call back after 5:00 pm. If the nature of your message is urgent, please advise the medical staff member taking the message so the messages can be responded to by priority level. Some messages may take up to 24 hours for a response.


Leaving a message on voice mail:
If you leave a voice mail message, your call will be returned as soon as possible for that individual. We make every effort to return calls within 24 hours.



Please call your pharmacy for any prescription refill requests if you do not get your medications directly from the office.
In an effort to provide our patients with the safest, most efficient service possible, Total Lifetime Care Center is no longer accepting prescription refill requests by phone. Before you run out of your medication, please call your pharmacy to request a refill or the office if you received your medication from the office. Your pharmacy will then fax us a request with your medication name and dosage. Your provider will then review the request, and a response will be faxed back to the pharmacy. Therefore, it may take
24 to 48 hours for your prescription to be ready. It is wise to notify the pharmacy well before you are out of your medication!
